if im getting a name and birthstone ring to represent my family should i include my name also?

its me, hub and two kids....
the ring wouldnt look even if i dont add my name, thats why im not too sure...
I would say it depends on how many people are in your family. If there is an uneven amount without you then i would say add your name so the ring would be even on both sides. I personly think it would look better even on both sides. Also, if there are alot of people in your family, you might not want a huge ring. I think its really cute. If you have three kids and your husband it would look cool or 1 kid and your husband but if you have 2 kids and your husband i would add your name. 
Have fun with it! It would be cool to have your name.
