a place to set a new birthstone?

i ordered a birthstone ring online for my girlfriend and it came with one of the stones being wrong. is there anywhere online that will do it or a national jewelry store like zales? p.s. i have coontacted the store where i got it from and they said there is nothing they can do.

you could leave it the way it is. im sure she loves it just the way it is and thinks its perfect with out it being changed : )
